Nicki is a Chengdu girl who was educated in Singapore and Australia. After graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business, she worked in the media industry in both Adelaide and Sydney. In Sydney, she started writing her first novel, Wind Chaser, which is based on the true stories of Chinese immigrants who moved to Australia in the 1990s, recording the real memorable moments and deep emotions of how Chinese people struggle and build their lives in a new country. In 2019, the novel was successfully published by China World Affairs Press and distributed in China and Australia. In 2020 and 2021, Nicki published Cezanne, the Great Artists, and Supo stories.

Nicki curated an art exhibition called Koalas In Ink in Sydney. The exhibited artworks are all abstract Chinese ink paintings, with the main series centered around the theme of Koalas. With her enthusiasm and interest in cultures and arts, she founded Donrein Cultures, a comprehensive company committed to inheriting and spreading brand values to Chinese and worldwide customers based on Eastern cultures and philosophy. Nicki currently serve as the President of ACYA and ACYPI Chengdu Chapter, providing services and support to the youth community between Australia and China. Additionally, She dedicate myself to the position of deputy secretary general of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Base under the Sichuan Province Overseas Returnees’ Enterprises Association.
